Does Loumi work in Portugal?
Yes. Choose Portugal when you sign up and Loumi sets the currency (EUR (€)) and time zone (Europe/Lisbon). It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Can I accept MB WAY, Multibanco?
Yes. Add them in Settings → Payment methods. They show up at the register and are reported separately in your finances.
Does Loumi issue electronic invoices in Portugal?
Loumi prints tickets and receipts and keeps a complete sales report. Electronic invoicing depends on each tax authority, so keep your current invoicing provider and export your sales to CSV for your accountant.
Do I need special hardware?
No. A phone or tablet is enough. Any thermal printer your device can print to works for tickets, and any TV with a browser can show the turn board.
